5.2 User Authorization & Consent

By using the AI Clonner feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right, authorization, or permission to use any website URL you submit as a reference
• You own, or have obtained proper licenses for, any content you wish to replicate or be inspired by
• Your use of the Service does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights
• You will not use the Service to create content that infringes upon any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

5.3 AI-Generated Content

All output generated by our AI is original content created by artificial intelligence algorithms. The AI analyzes visual design patterns, layout structures, and hierarchies—it does not copy, scrape, or reproduce proprietary content, source code, or copyrighted materials from reference websites. Generated output may differ significantly from reference websites.

5.4 Complete User Liability

YOU ARE SOLELY AND ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• All URLs and websites you submit to the Service
• All content generated using the Service
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable intellectual property, copyright, trademark, and other laws
• Obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or authorizations before using reference websites
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Service

5.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless rewebsite, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the AI Clonner feature
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that content you created using the Service caused damage to a third party

5.6 No Liability for User Actions

REWEBSITE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LEGAL ACTIONS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE AI RE-DESIGNER FEATURE. WE PROVIDE THE SOFTWARE TOOL ONLY; ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HOW THE TOOL IS USED RESTS ENTIRELY WITH THE USER. WE DO NOT ENDORSE, APPROVE, OR ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY USER-GENERATED CONTENT OR THE MANNER IN WHICH USERS UTILIZE OUR SERVICE.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by rewebsite and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, but grant us a license to host and display such content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data for 30 days following termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL REWEBSITE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
